BillyBot connects using each platform’s official secure login system (OAuth). The same technology trusted by major apps like Stripe and PayPal. You never share your password with BillyBot. You’ll always log in directly on Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks’ own secure pages, and they control the connection, not us. BillyBot can only access the limited data needed to create your quotes. Your sensitive financial data remains private and protected inside your accounting software.
Absolutely not. All your net prices and markup rules are encrypted and stored in a dedicated secure database, hosted on industry-standard infrastructure with continuous security monitoring and access control. Only you and BillyBot’s automation system can read your pricing. Every connection between BillyBot, your accounting software (Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks), and our database is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption, the same level used by banks.
Yes, there’s no contract. Cancel your trial or subscription whenever you like. Simply text Billy: "Cancel my subscription"
Most suppliers will happily send you a price list if you email and ask. Just let them know you need a copy showing the products you buy and the prices you pay. Once they send it, simply forward that email (or the attached file) to BillyBot. BillyBot will then securely store your price list so it can automatically find the correct products, apply your markup rules, and use your exact prices in every quote.
